复合种植配套施肥装置设计与性能分析

Design and performance analysis of fertilizer application device for intercropping

  • 摘要: 针对复合种植模式下施肥作业存在的排肥精度低、行间适配性差等问题,提出一种机电组合式电控施肥装置。采用电驱动独立排肥方案替代传统地轮传动,构建包含模糊PID算法与编码器反馈的闭环控制系统,实现玉米、大豆施肥量差异化调控。试验表明,该装置各项排肥变异系数均满足施肥机械质量评价技术规范要求,为大豆玉米带状复合种植提供了有效的机械化解决方案。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at problems such as low fertilizer application accuracy and poor inter-row compatibility in fertilization operations under intercropping mode, a mechatronics electro-controlled fertilization application device was proposed.An electrically driven independent fertilizer application scheme was adopted to replace traditional ground wheel transmission.A closed-loop control system integrated with a fuzzy PID algorithm and encoder feedback was constructed to achieve differentiated fertilizer application regulation for corn and soybeans.Testing results showed that all fertilizer application coefficients of variation values met technical specifications for fertilization application device quality evaluation, providing an effective mechanized solution for corn-soybean strip intercropping.
