Abstract:
To address problems such as walking deviation or even jamming during chain plate turner operations, based on force analysis of walking drive wheels in chain plate turner, the maximum power relationship of drive motor when large frame did not deviate was derived from perspective of force and torque balance when large frame was deviating.Under identical working conditions, motor power selection was only related to turner structural weight.A theoretical basis for motor power selection in walking mechanism of turner was provided, with certain reference value.
