Chain plate turner walking deviation analysis and driving motor power matching

  • 摘要: 针对链板翻抛机作业过程中会出现行走跑偏甚至卡滞问题,依据链板翻抛机行走机构驱动轮受力分析,从大车架发生跑偏时力和力矩平衡角度,分析得出大车架不出现跑偏情况的驱动电机最大功率关系式,在相同工况下,电机功率选择仅与翻抛机结构质量有关,为翻抛机行走机构驱动电机功率选择提供了理论依据,具有一定的参考价值。

     

    Abstract: To address problems such as walking deviation or even jamming during chain plate turner operations, based on force analysis of walking drive wheels in chain plate turner, the maximum power relationship of drive motor when large frame did not deviate was derived from perspective of force and torque balance when large frame was deviating.Under identical working conditions, motor power selection was only related to turner structural weight.A theoretical basis for motor power selection in walking mechanism of turner was provided, with certain reference value.
