Abstract:
In response to current challenges in rural e-commerce talent development, such as disconnect between training objectives and actual rural needs, insufficient adaptation between curriculum system and township industrial demands, practical teaching disconnected from real-world scenarios, and a singular structure of rural e-commerce faculty.Core objective is to cultivate high-quality, multidisciplinary rural e-commerce technical professionals who know and love agriculture, possess proficient skills, and excel in innovation.Following a demand-driven, problem driven, and system reform research logic, a three-dimensional coupled talent training system has been proposed, characterized by value guidance, ability integration, and competition innovation integration.A series of measures, such as strengthening values cultivation, restructuring curriculum system, and implementing competition and innovation integration were done to cultivate students' intrinsic motivation and practical ability to serve agriculture, rural areas, and farmers, and build a talent support system for common prosperity that combines external empowerment, internal drive, and comprehensive collaboration.
