Abstract: Improvement of mechanization level of crop operations in our country has put forward higher requirements for harvesting efficiency and quality of corn harvesters．Improving quality of ear harvesting and straw cutting is a challenge faced by corn harvesters with both ears and stems．Current development status of corn harvesters at home and abroad was sorted out, characteristics of corn harvesters with both ears and stems in China were analyzed, market trends and development trends were look forward．It could provide a foundation for research and development of corn harvesters with both ears and stems．
