Design and application of autonomous walking pipeline hydroponic system

  • 摘要: 水培叶菜生产已成为提高劳动生产率、降低生产成本、提高经济效益的重要手段,其发展趋势已转向机械化与自动化生产。设计研发的自主行走式管道水培系统可根据植物不同生长期自动调节生长密度,通过合理利用栽培空间,实现高效种植,旨在解决水培叶菜在生产过程中人为干预过高、劳动强度过大和作业效率过低等问题。

     

    Abstract: Hydroponic leafy vegetables production has become an important means to improve labor productivity, reduce production costs, and enhance economic benefits.A trend toward mechanized and automated production in development has become inevitable.An autonomous walking pipeline hydroponic system was designed and developed that could automatically adjust growth density according to different plants' growth periods.By making reasonable use of cultivation space, efficient planting was achieved, addressing problems such as excessive human intervention, high labor intensity, and low operational efficiency in hydroponic leafy vegetables production process were solved.
