花生小区育种气吸式排种器设计与试验

Design and experiment of suction type seed metering device for peanut plot breeding

  • 摘要: 为解决花生小区育种播种过程中播种质量和自净普遍较差等问题,研发一种花生小区育种气吸式排种器。通过研究气吸式排种力学特性与结构机理,创新设计排种与清种装置;采用移动分割式种仓,实现零存种自净。试验表明,排种器最佳工作参数为排种筒转速25 r/min、吸种孔直径6 mm、工作负压−5 kPa,排种器性能指标为合格率91.3%、重播率4.1%、漏播率4.6%及自净率100%,均达到播种要求。

     

    Abstract: To address common problems such as poor seeding quality and self-cleaning performance during peanut plot breeding, a suction type seed metering device for peanut plot breeding was developed and designed.By studying mechanical characteristics and structural mechanism of suction type seed metering device, an innovative seed metering and self-cleaning device was designed.A movable partitioned seed hopper was adopted to achieve zero seed storage and self-cleaning.Bench test results showed that optimal working parameters for seed metering device were a seed metering cylinder speed of 25 r/min, a seed suction hole diameter of 6 mm, and a working negative pressure of −5 kPa.Performance indicators for seed metering device were qualification rate of 91.3%, reseeding rate of 4.1%, missed seeding rate of 4.6%, self-cleaning rate of 100%, and all results met seeding requirements.
