精确施药可变量喷雾控制系统设计与试验

Design and experiment of variable spray control system for precise pesticide

  • 摘要: 针对喷雾作业中化学药液未充分利用导致的环境问题,设计一种精确施药可变量喷雾控制系统。系统以32位微控制器STM32F103ZET6单片机为核心,构建包含上位机、中央控制器和传感器的喷雾控制系统。上位机用于接收用户设定的喷施量,并实时显示作业速度、液位状态、喷药流量和机构位置等信息。通过喷雾性能试验验证系统稳定性和喷雾均匀性,整定影响喷雾量和稳定性的PID参数,确定比例系数KP范围0.21~0.30、积分系数KI为0、微分系数KD范围0.1~1.0。将调试后的KPKD与速度0.9、1.0和1.1 m/s进行组合试验,得出最优PID参数组合为KP=0.3、KI=0、KD=0.1,此时系统喷施量最大、喷头喷施量最稳定,喷施量随速度变化而调整。控制系统硬件与软件设计合理,满足设计要求。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at environmental problems caused by insufficient use of chemical solutions in spray operation, a variable control spray system for precise pesticide was designed.System took a 32-bit microcontroller STM32F103ZET6 as core and constructed spray control system including upper computer, central controller, and sensor.Upper computer was used to receive spray amount set by user and displayed real-time information such as work speed, liquid level status, spray flow rate, and mechanical position.Spray performance experiment was conducted to verify system stability and spray uniformity, PID parameters that affect spray volume and stability were set.Determine proportional coefficient KP range as 0.21~0.30, integral coefficient KI as 0, and differential coefficient KD as 0.1~1.0.Combination tests were conducted using adjusted KP and KD values with speeds of 0.9, 1.0, and 1.1 m/s.Optimal PID parameter combination was determined to be KP=0.3、KI=0、KD=0.1, with system achieving maximum sprays medicine volume, nozzle sprays most stably, and spray volume adjusted with speed.Control system hardware and software design was reasonable and met design requirements.
