  • 摘要: 随着养殖规模的逐渐增大,我国的生猪养殖逐步向规模化、智能化发展。为降低养殖成本,提高企业效益,设计一种基于PLC控制的智能饲喂系统。该系统采用PLC作为控制系统核心,配合传感器对饲料进行实时检测;通过对数据的采集、处理和分析,该系统能够快速精准地投放饲料,并通过控制执行机构的动作进行饲喂。该系统采用组态软件进行人机界面设计,可进行可视化操作,操作便捷。该系统可以实现猪的精细化饲喂,在现代畜牧业自动化饲喂需求方面具有重要应用价值。

     

    Abstract: With gradual increase in breeding scale, pig production in China is gradually developing towards large-scale and intelligentization.To reduce breeding costs and improve corporate efficiency, an intelligent feeding system based on PLC control was designed.This system used PLC as a core control system, combined with sensors to detect feed in real-time.System could quickly and accurately deliver feed by collecting, processing, and analyzing data from sensors.Finally, feeding was carried out by actuator actions controlling.System adopted configuration software for human-machine interface design, enabling visual operation, and convenient operation.This system could realize pigs' precision feeding and have important application value in modern animal husbandry demand for automated feeding.
