Abstract:
With gradual increase in breeding scale, pig production in China is gradually developing towards large-scale and intelligentization.To reduce breeding costs and improve corporate efficiency, an intelligent feeding system based on PLC control was designed.This system used PLC as a core control system, combined with sensors to detect feed in real-time.System could quickly and accurately deliver feed by collecting, processing, and analyzing data from sensors.Finally, feeding was carried out by actuator actions controlling.System adopted configuration software for human-machine interface design, enabling visual operation, and convenient operation.This system could realize pigs' precision feeding and have important application value in modern animal husbandry demand for automated feeding.
