钻进取土过程离散元仿真分析与试验

Discrete element simulation analysis and experiment of drilling and soil acquisition process

  • 摘要: 目前土壤取样装置在农业机械领域的使用愈加广泛,土壤取样钻头设计和取土方案选择对土壤样品采集的效率与准确度至关重要。以西咸新区土壤为分析对象,根据土壤采样设备的应用场景提出3种钻进取土方案,分别建立3种钻进方案的离散元仿真模型,分析不同钻杆外径、钻进速度、钻进角速度对土壤扰动率及补偿深度的影响。开展取土试验测定3种取土方案的载荷,为土壤采样设备动力元件设计提供参考依据。

     

    Abstract: Soil sampling devices for agricultural machinery are becoming increasingly widespread.Soil sampling auger design and soil acquisition scheme are crucial to soil sample collection's efficiency and accuracy.Xixian New Area soil was selected as analysis material, three drilling and soil acquisition schemes according to soil sampling equipment application scenarios were proposed.Furthermore, discrete element simulation models for three drilling schemes were established, effects of different drill diameters, drilling speeds, and drilling angular speeds on soil disturbance rate and compensation depths were analyzed.Soil sampling tests were carried out to determine three drilling scheme loads, providing a reference basis for power components design of soil sampling equipment.
