Abstract:
Considering various influencing factors comprehensively during planning and design stage of high-standard farmland construction can provide clear direction for high-standard planning and design, and helping to determine optimal planning and design scheme.A quantitative analysis and comparison of two planning schemes was conducted during actual planning and design stage of a high-standard farmland construction project in Poyang Lake Plain region, based on indicators such as scientific rationality, engineering content, engineering cost, and infrastructure occupancy rate, to achieve aims of improving infrastructure utilization rate, reducing arable land loss, and optimizing earthwork volume, and make engineering construction projects both economical and reasonable planned.Exploring precautions to be taken in planning and design of high-standard farmland construction projects could provide experience and reference for planning and design in similar areas.
