虚拟仿真+BOPPPS教学模式在可编程控制器及应用课程中的应用

Application of virtual simulation + BOPPPS teaching mode in PLC course

  • 摘要: 可编程逻辑控制器及应用课程是电气类、自动化类、机电类等专业必修课程,高等学校授课侧重于复杂控制理论和高级编程技术,存在学生学习兴趣不足、实际操作训练欠缺等问题。为切实提高课程教学质量,提出虚拟仿真+BOPPPS教学模式。以辅助继电器+变址寄存器为例,采用三菱可编程逻辑控制器系列仿真软件,结合BOPPPS教学模式的6个阶段,介绍虚拟仿真+BOPPPS混合式教学模式的设计思路、教学实施过程及教学效果。结果表明,所提混合式教学模式有效调动学生参与积极性,增强实践操作能力,并培养学生创新意识,较大程度提升教学效果。

     

    Abstract: Programmable Logic Controller and Application is a required course for majors in electrical engineering, automation, mechatronics, and other related.Higher education institutions focus on complex control theories and advanced programming techniques in courses, leading to issues such as students' insufficient interest and inadequate practical training.To effectively improve teaching quality, a virtual simulation+BOPPPS teaching method was proposed.Taking auxiliary relays and index registers as an example, Mitsubishi PLC series simulation software was adopted and integrated with six stages of BOPPPS teaching model to introduce design concept, teaching implementation process, and teaching effectiveness of virtual simulation + BOPPPS hybrid teaching mode.Results showed that proposed hybrid teaching mode effectively motivated students to participate enthusiastically, enhanced their practical operation skills, cultivated their innovative consciousness, and significantly improved teaching effectiveness.
