山东省农业科技创新能力与农业高质量发展耦合协调度研究

Research on coupling coordination degree between agricultural science and technology innovation ability and agricultural high-quality development in Shandong Province

  • 摘要: 基于2012—2021年山东省16个地级市的面板数据,构建农业科技创新能力与农业高质量发展的评价指标体系,进行耦合协调度分析。结果表明,山东省农业科技创新能力和农业高质量发展的耦合协调度不断提升,但处于勉强耦合协调阶段。从区域划分来看,农业科技创新能力、农业高质量发展及二者的耦合协调度,沿海地区要高于内陆地区,胶东经济圈远高于其他经济圈;山东省部分地区耦合协调度的提升速度有显著差异。针对山东省农业科技创新能力与农业高质量发展提出加强农业科技体制机制创新、培育壮大创新主体和促进区域协调发展等方面的对策建议,对进一步提升山东省农业发展具有一定意义。

     

    Abstract: Based on panel data of 16 prefecture-level cities in Shandong Province from 2012 to 2021, an index evaluation system for agricultural science and technology innovation ability and agricultural high-quality development was constructed, coupling coordination degree model was analyzed.Results showed that coupling coordination degree of agricultural science and technology innovation ability and agricultural high-quality development in Shandong Province has been continuously improved, but still at stage of barly coupling and coordination.From perspective of regional division, ability of agricultural science and technology innovation, high-quality agricultural development, and coupling coordination degree were higher in coastal areas than inland areas, and Jiaodong economic circle was much higher than other economic circles.There were significant differences in the speed of improvement of coupling coordination degree in some areas of Shandong Province.In view of agricultural science and technology innovation ability and agricultural high-quality development level in Shandong Province, countermeasures and suggestions for strengthening innovation of agricultural science and technology system and mechanism, cultivating and strengthening main body of innovation, and promoting regional coordinated development were put forward, which were of certain significance to further improve agricultural development of Shandong Province.
