全自动莴笋收获去根除叶打捆作业一体机设计

Design on fully automated lettuce harvesting,root removal,leaf stripping and bundling four-in-one machine

  • 摘要: 为解决莴笋传统人工收获存在的劳动强度大、作业效率低和成本高等问题,设计一种全自动莴笋收获去根除叶打捆作业一体机(以下简称全自动莴笋收获机)。针对莴笋低垄间距种植的特点,设计履带式小型分体牵引机构,实现收获作业时的灵活运动;自适应伸缩式破土机构可根据田间地面起伏自动调节挖掘深度,实现对莴笋根部的完好挖掘;柔性变径夹持与定间距输送装置可实现挖掘后莴笋的柔性夹持和定间距输送;转盘式多工位一体作业装置可对收获后莴笋进行去根、除叶和打捆加工。试验表明,全自动莴笋收获机能够有效地实现莴笋的收获、去根、除叶和打捆一体化作业。

     

    Abstract: To address issues of high labor intensity, low operational efficiency, and high costs associated with traditional manual lettuce harvesting, a fully automated integrated machine for lettuce harvesting, root removal, leaf stripping, and bundling(referred to as fully automated lettuce harvester)was designed.To address characteristic of narrow ridge spacing in lettuce cultivation, a small crawler-type split traction mechanism was designed to enable flexible movement during harvesting operations.An adaptive telescopic soil-breaking mechanism automatically adjusted digging depth according to field surface undulations, ensuring intact lettuce root excavation.A flexible variable-diameter clamping and fixed-spacing conveying device realized flexible clamping and fixed-spacing conveying of excavated lettuce.Additionally, an integrated turntable multi-station operation device could perform root removal, leaf stripping, and bundling on harvested lettuce.Experimental results demonstrated that fully automated lettuce harvester effectively achieve integrated operations including harvesting, root removal, leaf stripping, and bundling.
