Value and pathway for brand cultivation of green food fruit and vegetable in Shandong Province

  • 摘要: 山东省是果蔬生产与出口大省,也是全国绿色食品果蔬获证数量最多的省份之一。随着健康中国和“双碳”目标的推进,绿色消费已成社会共识。在此背景下,山东省绿色食品果蔬品牌培树被赋予引领农业高质量发展的战略使命:以品牌为支点,撬动质量升级、安全可控、标准落地和绿色转型,实现农民持续增收、乡村全面振兴、农业现代化加速。其落地路径涵盖政策精准供给、跨行业深度协同、科技创新赋能和全链路市场推广,通过多方合力,构建可持续、可复制、可引领的绿色果蔬品牌高地。

     

    Abstract: Shandong Province is a major producer and exporter of fruits and vegetables, and also ranks among provinces with the largest number of certified green food fruits and vegetables in China.With advancement of "Healthy China" and "Dual Carbon" strategies, green consumption has become a societal consensus.Against this backdrop, brand cultivation of green food fruit and vegetable in Shandong Province have been entrusted with strategic mission to lead high-quality agricultural development: by leveraging brands as a fulcrum to drive quality enhancement, ensure safety assurance, implement standards, and facilitate green transformation, thereby achieving sustained income growth for farmers, comprehensive rural revitalization, and accelerated agricultural modernization.Implementation pathways encompass tailored policy support, cross-sector deep collaboration, technology-driven innovation empowerment, and full-chain market promotion.Through multi-stakeholder synergy, it builds a sustainable, replicable, and exemplary stronghold for green fruit and vegetable brands.
