Teaching mode reform for Advanced Food Chemistry course under "double world-class" project

  • 摘要: 从课程内容优化、师资队伍强化和评价体系建立等方面对研究生学位课程高级食品化学课程进行教学模式改革,以期提高学生的自主学习意识,强化学生的科研思维、创新能力与学术素养,为培养适应国家发展需求的创新型一流人才,促进学校一流学科建设奠定基础。

     

    Abstract: A teaching mode reform for postgraduate degree course in Advanced Food Chemistry was implemented through content optimization optimization, teaching staff strengthening, and assessment system establishment.This reform aims to enhance students' self-study awareness, strengthen their scientific research thinking, innovative ability and academic quality, thereby laying foundation for cultivating innovative, world-class talent capable of meeting national development needs and promoting university's efforts to bulid world-class disciplines.
