农业类院校新工科背景下农机专业人才培养模式及实践

Talent training model and practice for agricultural mechinery majors in agricultural colleges under background of emerging engineering

  • 摘要: 新工科对农业类院校农业机械化及其自动化(以下简称农机专业)一流本科专业的应用性、交叉性和综合性提出新的要求。为适配新工科背景下农机专业人才的培养需求,对人才培养模式进行探索和改革,通过目标导向的校企培养方案共制、多学科课程交叉融合体系的重构优化及模块化实践教学体系整合构建等途径,进一步完善教育教学方法、质量监控体系和机制,并提出综合一体化考核体系和评价方法。初步实践表明,新工科背景下农机专业人才培养模式满足市场对复合应用型工程技术人才的培养需求。

     

    Abstract: Emerging engineering education presents new requirements for applicability, multidisciplinary integration, and comprehensiveness of first-class undergraduate programs in agricultural mechanization and automation(referenced as the agricultural machinery major)at agricultural colleges.To adapt to talent training demands of agricultural machinery program under background of emerging engineering, talent training model has been explored and reformed.Through approaches such as goal-oriented co-system of university-enterprise training programs, reconstruction and optimization of multidisciplinary curriculum integration system, and integrated development of modular practical teaching system, education teaching method and quality monitoring mechanism have been further built, and comprehensive integrated assessment system and evaluation methods have been proposed.This study provides a reference for transformation and upgrading of first-class undergraduate major of agricultural mechanization and automation under emerging engineering background.Preliminary findings have indicated that training model for agricultural machinery majors under emerging engineering education meets market's growing demand for integrated, applied engineering technical professionals.
