Abstract:
Under guidance of new productive forces theory, agricultural science and technology innovation talent has become a key driving force to promote agricultural modernization and high-quality development.By focusing on pathways for introducing and educating agricultural science and technology innovation talent in Heilongjiang Province, it aims to solve development dilemmas facing agricultural science and technology innovation talent, and provide talent guarantee and theoretical basis for high-quality agricultural development in Heilongjiang Province.Using methods of literature review and field research, theoretical connotation of new quality productive forces and its impact on agricultural science and technology innovation talent have been elaborated.Current situation and main constraints of agricultural science and technology talent in Heilongjiang Province have been analyzed, such as talent echelon fault, suboptimal scientific research ecological environment, insufficient stability of key talents, and lack of innovation vitality among talent.Drawing on experiences of other provinces in introducing and educating innovative talent for agricultural science and technology, targeted pathways are proposed.Recommendations include promoting collaborative optimization of industrial and talent structures, strengthening talent ecological environment construction, enhancing talent introduction and education integration while building talent highland, and improving innovation evaluation and incentive mechanism.
