青菜头收获技术与装备研究现状及发展趋势

Research status and development trends of harvesting technologies and equipment for stem lump mustard

  • 摘要: 目前我国青菜头机械化收获程度较低,人工依赖度较高,而机械化收获是其全程机械化研究的重要基础。梳理青菜头宜机化种植模式与品种的发展情况,阐述其收获特殊性,可理清机械化收获的农艺特点与要点;结合我国青菜头收获技术与装备发展情况,明确机械化收获存在的问题,提出适配丘陵山区机械化收获的发展方向,即推动青菜头种植规范化与标准化,以机械收获损伤机理为设计基础,提升青菜头收获机的智能化、协同化水平及其对丘陵山区的适应性与通过性。

     

    Abstract: Currently, mechanization level for stem lump mustard harvesting in China remains low, with high reliance on manual labor.Mechanized harvesting is essential for achieving full mechanization throughout production process.By reviewing suitable for mechanized planting pattern and variety development of stem lump mustard, unique harvesting characteristics were clarified, and agronomic characteristics and key points for mechanized harvesting were systematically identified.Based on recent developments of harvesting technologies and equipment for stem lump mustard in China, current main challenges in mechanized harvesting were identified.Accordingly, development strategies suited for hilly and mountainous areas were proposed: promoting standardized and uniform planting practices for stem lump mustard, designing harvesters based on mechanical damage mechanism, and enhancing intelligence, collaboration, adaptability, and maneuverability of harvesters operating for hilly and mountainous areas.
