Abstract:
New generation manned spacecraft experimental ship was used to carry Dahongyin Pu-erh tea(ordinary edition, exclusive edition)to space to clarify material basis and change regularity in Dahongyin Pu-erh tea before and after spaceflight and to examine its possible efficacy.Effects of spaceflight on chemical composition was analyzed using ultra-high performance liquid chromatography coupled with Q-exactive quadrupole/electrostatic field orbitrap mass spectrometry system combined with principal component analysis(PCA).Furthmore, inhibitory effect of samples against α-glucosidase, lipase and xanthine oxidase was measured.PCA results showed that chemical composition of Dahongyin Pu-erh tea changed before and after spaceflight, and changes amplitude in ordinary edition was higher than exclusive edition.Through database comparison, 12 compounds with significant differences before and after spaceflight were identified.Dahongyin Pu-erh raw tea with different grades of raw materials showed strong inhibitory ability to α-glucosidase with IC
50 values of 0.92 to 1.09 mg/mL, and spaceflight exclusive edition showed the strongest inhibitory ability to α-glucosidase.Inhibitory capacity of lipase was at a high level, with IC
50 values ranging from 3.06 to 6.15 mg/mL.Inhibitory effect of lipase in spaceflight group was higher than that in control group.
