Abstract: Innovation and entrepreneurship talent cultivation is an important foundation for enhancing national scientific and technological strength．Existing innovation and entrepreneurship education lacks systematicity and effectiveness．Based on undergraduate education process and content, a "two-way four-dimension" innovation and entrepreneurship education model was proposed．Model including education-research-competition-practice training content, students' capacity cultivation with comprehensive skills was provided．Organic integration of science, education, production and education was promoted based on employment of students．Professional talents were trained based on talent cultivation orientation of students and characteristics of agricultural engineering．Enlightenment for optimizing innovation and entrepreneurship education in China was provided．
