Optimal path of agricultural and animal husbandry circular agriculture in Xinjiang Manas River basin

  • 摘要: 节能减碳对乡村振兴和农业绿色发展至关重要,发展农牧循环农业是其中的关键途径。新疆维吾尔自治区(简称新疆)作为农业大区,资源丰富,但亦面临农业生产条件恶化、资源购入不合理等问题。在国家推进西部干旱地区现代农业建设背景下,需从资源特征、管理体制、保障制度和技术培训等方面,为新疆玛纳斯河流域的农牧循环农业发展提出对策,优化路径,实现循环农业高质量发展。

     

    Abstract: Energy conservation and carbon reduction are crucial to rural revitalization and agricultural green development, and development of agricultural and animal husbandry circular agriculture is key ways.As a large agricultural region, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region(Xinjiang for abbreviation)is rich in resources, but it also faces problems such as deterioration of agricultural production conditions and irrational purchase of resources.Under background of national promotion of modern agricultural construction in the western arid region, it is necessary to propose countermeasures for development of agricultural and animal husbandry circular agriculture in Manas River basin of Xinjiang from aspects of resource characteristics, management system, safeguard system, and technical training to optimize path and realize high-quality development of circular agriculture.
