柔性保温日光温室环境调控技术应用与试验

Application and testing of environmental regulation technology for flexible insulated solar greenhouses

  • 摘要: 柔性保温日光温室凭借其装配式结构、高土地利用率及快速建造等优势,在北京市逐渐普及,成为设施农业的重要发展方向。然而,温室环境控制技术配套仍处于初步探索阶段。结合柔性日光温室的特点,建立柔性保温日光温室智能环境调控技术体系,并在北京市密云区进行试验示范,基本实现温室环境自动化控制。同时,开展温室上风口通风自动控制试验。结果表明,相较于传统依靠人工手动控制的温室,温室温度的稳定性和抗极端天气能力有明显提升。

     

    Abstract: Flexible insulated solar greenhouses have gained popularity in Beijing due to their advantages such as prefabricated structures, high land utilization rates, and rapid construction, emerging as a significant development direction for facility agriculture.However, solar greenhouse environmental regulation technologies remains in preliminary exploration stage.Based on flexible solar greenhouses' characteristics, an intelligent environmental regulation technology system for flexible insulated solar greenhouses were established.Experimental demonstrations were conducted in Miyun District, Beijing City, automatic control of greenhouse environmental has been basically achieved.Additionally, an automatic control experiment for upper vent ventilation was implemented.Results showed that compared to traditional greenhouses relying on manual operation, system significantly improved temperature stability and resistance against extreme weather conditions.
