电液控制系统在辣椒收获机中的应用

Application of electro-hydraulic control system for chili harvester

  • 摘要: 针对国内辣椒收获机传动系统存在工作效率低、动力传输不稳定、损耗大、传动部件空间布置复杂及故障率高等问题,开展辣椒收获机电液控制系统研究,设计一套既能实现采摘割台单独运转,也能实现采摘割台和主机工作部件协同作业的电液控制系统,实现不同工作模式一键式切换,操作方便,结构简单。该系统仅使用一个液压泵,通过电控系统和新型电磁换向阀控制若干个液压马达完成多个工作部件的协同作业,减少液压元件和管路的使用,降低成本的同时也降低故障率,提升辣椒收获机工作效率和操控性能。

     

    Abstract: In response to problems of low work efficiency, unstable power transmission, high energy losses, complex spatial layout of transmission components, and high failure rates in transmission system of domestic chili harvester, research was carried out on an electro-hydraulic control system for chili harvester.A set of electro-hydraulic control system has been designed that realized independent operation of harvesting and cutting platform, as well as collaborative operation of harvesting and cutting platform and host working components.It could achieve one-click switching between different working modes, with easy operation, and simple structure.System used only one hydraulic pump, which controlled several hydraulic motors through an electronic control system and a new electromagnetic directional control valve to complete collaborative operation of multiple working components.This reduced use of hydraulic components and pipelines, lowering costs and failure rates while improving efficiency and control performance of chili harvester.
