Abstract:
In response to problems of low work efficiency, unstable power transmission, high energy losses, complex spatial layout of transmission components, and high failure rates in transmission system of domestic chili harvester, research was carried out on an electro-hydraulic control system for chili harvester.A set of electro-hydraulic control system has been designed that realized independent operation of harvesting and cutting platform, as well as collaborative operation of harvesting and cutting platform and host working components.It could achieve one-click switching between different working modes, with easy operation, and simple structure.System used only one hydraulic pump, which controlled several hydraulic motors through an electronic control system and a new electromagnetic directional control valve to complete collaborative operation of multiple working components.This reduced use of hydraulic components and pipelines, lowering costs and failure rates while improving efficiency and control performance of chili harvester.
