Effects of cultivation condition on fatty acid compositions in different peanut varieties

  • 摘要: 为探究山东省选育的花生品种在东北地区气候和栽培条件下脂肪酸组分的变化情况,对5个花生品种播种前和收获后粗脂肪和脂肪酸组分进行测定,以当地主栽品种为对照,比较分析不同来源品种间脂肪酸组分的差异。结果表明,3个山东省选育的花生品种粗脂肪、油酸含量下降,亚油酸含量上升,其他脂肪酸组分变化趋势以品种差异为主,组分间相关性影响较小。花育52号异地种植产量最高,显著高于当地品种,粗脂肪和各脂肪酸变化较小,适宜在辽宁省推广种植。

     

    Abstract: To investigate changes in fatty acid composition of peanut varieties in Shandong Province under climate and cultivation conditions in northeast China, crude fat and fatty acid composition were measured in five peanut varieties before sowing and after harvest.Locally grown main variety was selected as control group to compare fatty acid composition differences among varieties from different sources.Results showed that three peanut varieties cultivated in Shandong Province exhibited decreased crude fat and oleic acid content, while linoleic acid content increased.Changes in other fatty acid compositions were mainly influenced by variety differences, with relatively minor correlations between compositions.Huayu 52 demonstrated the highest yield when planted in another area, significantly higher than local varieties.Changes in its crude fat and fatty acids content were relatively minor, and was suitable for promotion and cultivation in Liaoning Province.
