Abstract:
Currently, problems commonly found in training process of agricultural talents include outdated knowledge systems, narrow knowledge structure, and lack of innovation ability. These issues caused talents to be difficult to meet requirements of development needs of new productive forces in agriculture. In response to challenge, mixed teaching mode has become an important research direction for teaching reform, and online-offline mixed teaching mode has become mainstream in domestic universities. However, this mode relies relatively on students' autonomy and network resources. To overcome shortcomings of traditional teaching mode and limitations of existing learning before-teaching hybrid mode, teaching mode of Agricultural Machinery Experimental Design and Data Analysis was based on PAD class concept, which organically, combines students' online learning with teachers' offline teaching through Moso Teach platform.Based on optimization of pre-class exploration and in-class guidance sections, process assessment and interactive communication have been further strengthened to achieve knowledge transmission and internalization absorption better, effectively enhancing students' intrinsic motivation for learning and improving their self-development abilities.Foundation has been laid for further improving teaching effectiveness and quality, cultivating more innovative engineering technicians in agricultural equipment who meet current demands for new productive forces in agriculture.
