Research on application talent training mode of intelligent manufacturing engineering under concept of "demand leadership,general-specialized integration,and virtual-real collaboration"

  • 摘要: 在新一轮科技革命和产业变革中,智能制造已成为世界各国抢占发展机遇的制高点和主攻方向。对于应用型高校智能制造工程专业而言,应依托学科在现有院校定位和地域优势的基础上扬长避短,制定人才培养目标,完善课程体系,适应制造业发展潮流。通过对高校智能制造工程专业现状的分析,提出需求引领−通专融合−虚实协同的智能制造工程专业人才培养模式,使学生拥有科学的思维方式、扎实的理论知识和宽广的专业技术,切实提高学生的实践应用能力。

     

    Abstract: In new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial transformation, intelligent manufacturing has become commanding height and main direction for countries around the world to seize development opportunities.For intelligent manufacturing engineering major in application-oriented universities, it should be based on existing university positioning and regional advantages of disciplines to make sure of strengths and avoid weaknesses, formulate talent training objectives, adjust curriculum system, and adapt to trend of manufacturing industry development.By analyzing current situation of intelligent manufacturing engineering major in universities, talent training of intelligent manufacturing engineering was proposed, including demand leadership, general-specialized integration, and virtual-real collaboration.The purpose was to enable students have scientific thinking, solid theoretical knowledge and wide range of professional skills, and effectively improve students' practical application abilities.
