Abstract:
Through methods such as literature reviews and field research, current status and deficiencies of edible mushroom industry in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region(abbreviated as Xinjiang)were systematically analyzed in terms of strain selection, production efficiency, automation degree, and market sales.Based on these issues, a series of optimization measures and development suggestions were proposed to enhance industrial automation, intensive processing, and economic benefits within edible mushroom industry in Xinjiang and provide a theoretical basis and practical guidance for further development of edible mushroom industry in Xinjiang.
