新疆食用菌产业发展现状及建议

Current status and suggestions for edible mushroom industry development in Xinjiang

  • 摘要: 采用文献综述、实地调研等方法,系统分析新疆维吾尔自治区(简称新疆)食用菌产业在菌种选育、生产效率、自动化程度及市场销售等方面的现状与不足。基于这些问题,提出一系列优化措施和发展建议,以提高新疆食用菌产业的自动化程度、精深加工程度和经济效益,为新疆食用菌产业进一步发展提供理论依据和实践指导。

     

    Abstract: Through methods such as literature reviews and field research, current status and deficiencies of edible mushroom industry in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region(abbreviated as Xinjiang)were systematically analyzed in terms of strain selection, production efficiency, automation degree, and market sales.Based on these issues, a series of optimization measures and development suggestions were proposed to enhance industrial automation, intensive processing, and economic benefits within edible mushroom industry in Xinjiang and provide a theoretical basis and practical guidance for further development of edible mushroom industry in Xinjiang.
