Abstract: Coffee industry is one of the important beverage crop industries in the world．Taking symbiosis theory as core, 3 major elements of symbiosis environment, symbiosis mode and symbiosis unit were deeply explored．Meanwhile, combining with current development situation of whole industrial chain of coffee in Pu'er City, Yunan Province, dilemmas faced by industry were systematically analyzed including: industrial environment of vicious circle of raw bean quality and low price, and industrial chain's development foundation was unstable; contradictions between supply and demand in industrial operation mode, and rate of products' high-quality was low; an imbalance in development track of industrial chain symbiotic main body existed, and integration of value chain was insufficient．Based on symbiosis theory, relevant suggestions were put forward to achieve high-quality development of coffee industry in Pu'er City．
