Design of intelligent control system for rice processing equipment based on PLC and cloud platform

  • 摘要: 设计一种基于PLC与云平台的稻谷加工设备智能化控制系统,通过分层控制架构实现设备的实时控制、数据预处理和工艺优化。其中,PLC负责实时数据采集,云平台融合物联网技术与机器学习技术实现远程监控、故障预测与能效优化。测试结果表明,智能化控制系统将温度控制精度的波动范围控制在±1.2 °C,比传统系统提高65.7%;转速波动率稳定在0.7%;故障预测准确率92.5%;提升系统能效,吨米电耗降低10.6%。该智能化控制系统显著提高生产效率和设备稳定性,为稻谷加工业的智能化升级提供有效技术支持。

     

    Abstract: An intelligent control system for rice processing equipment based on PLC and cloud platform has been designed.Through a hierarchical control architecture, system achieves real-time control, data preprocessing, and process optimization.In this system, PLC is responsible for real-time data acquisition, while cloud platform integrates IoT and machine learning technologies to enanle remote monitoring, fault prediction, and energy efficiency optimization.Test results have shown that intelligent control system controls fluctuations range of temperature control accuracy within ±1.2 °C, improving by 65.7% compared to traditional systems.Rotational speed fluctuation rates is stabilized at 0.7%.System's fault prediction accuracy reaches 92.5%, and energy efficiency is enhanced with a 10.6% reduction in electricity consumption per metric ton.This intelligent control system significantly improves production efficiency and equipment stability, providing effective technical support for intelligent upgrading of rice processing industry.
