Abstract: Facility agriculture is a major trend in modern agriculture development．To improve talent cultivation quality in facility agriculture, in-depth enterprise research was conducted．Based on skills and competencies required for facility agriculture post group, an evaluation system for comprehensive vocational abilities of higher vocational students has been developed．Design concepts, guiding principles, evaluation content, evaluation indicators, and implementation methods were outlined．Practice has proved that this evaluation system could help students better understand and improve themselves, contributes to their comprehensive vocational abilities enhancement, and has garnered high satisfaction from enterprises, making it a valuable model for reference．
