基于Unity3D的大功率拖拉机驾驶模拟系统开发与教学实践

Development and teaching practice of high power tractor driving simulation system based on Unity3D

  • 摘要: 为解决涉农高校汽车拖拉机构造与理论课程教学形式单一,拖拉机驾驶实习实践环节操作难度大、危险性高等问题,基于Unity3D虚拟仿真平台设计具有动力学仿真和驾驶培训功能的拖拉机驾驶模拟系统。首先,搭建以LF2204型大功率拖拉机驾驶室为主体的硬件环境;其次,开发数据采集程序和具备7自由度拖拉机动力学模型的驾驶模拟软件;最后,对农业机械化专业30名学生开展实践教学,并基于调查问卷评估教学效果。结果表明,该系统能够有效促进学生对汽车拖拉机动力学理论的理解与运用,帮助学生提高拖拉机驾驶能力。该系统为提高涉农高校农业机械相关专业实践教学质量提供了新的平台和工具。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve problems of singular teaching form for tractor structure and theory courses at agricultural universities, high difficulty and risk associated with tractor driving practice training, a tractor driving simulation system used for dynamic simulation and driving training capabilities was designed based on Unity3D virtual simulation platform.Firstly, hardware environment was built based on LF2204 high power tractor cab.Secondly, data acquisition system was designed and driving simulation software was developed featuring an 7 degrees of freedom tractor dynamics model.Finally, thirty students majoring in agricultural mechanization participated in practical training, and questionnaires were used to evaluate teaching effectiveness.Rresults showed that system effectively promoted students' understanding and practice ability of tractor dynamics theory and helped students improve their tractor driving ability.System has provided a new platform and tool for improving teaching quality of practical training in agricultural machinery-related majors at agricultural universities.
