Abstract:
To meet demands of emerging engineering education and educational digitalization, and to cultivate innovative food science talents who can serve national strategy and concept of "greater health", a multi-dimensional empowerment course teaching system has been constructed.This system was built on AI collaboration, multi-disciplinary integration, and intelligent exploration.Through diverse digital resources and intelligent teaching platforms development, implementation of a hybrid teaching model that combines personalized AI-driven learning+in-depth classroom practice+post-class expansion and advanced study both online and offline, integration of multi-disciplinary resources to develop multi-disciplinary courses, and assessment methods innovation to realize multi-dimensional intelligent evaluation, extant issues in food science experimental course, such as singular teaching methodologies, outdated course content, and partial assessment approaches, have been effectively addressed.Practice has shown that this approach significantly improved students' enthusiasm for learning and course participation, and enhances their professional practice ability and comprehensive quality, while effectively promoting simultaneous development of knowledge internalization and innovative capabilities.
