Abstract: Under advancement of rural comprehensive revitalization, new youth professional farmers serve as core human capital element in transformation toward agricultural modernization, effectiveness of their cultivation directly determine rural industrial revitalization sustainability．New young professional farmers are youthful, possess strong learning abilities, and are receptive to new technologies, making them a key force for modern agriculture sustainable development．However, cultivation of these professionals still faces challenges such as insufficient policy support, an imperfect training system, social cognitive biases, and unclear career development pathways．Through systematic research and deep analyzes of these dilemmas, an effective cultivation strategy system has been proposed, including updating cultivation concepts, optimizing training content, enriching training methods, strengthening training resources, improving infrastructure, innovating cultivation systems, and enhancing policy support．These measures aim to provide a solid talent foundation for rural industries revitalization．
