升运链式花生收获机归集装置设计与试验

Design and testing of collection device for lifting chain peanut harvester

  • 摘要: 为解决花生收获机升运链独立作业时聚拢花生植株效果较差问题,设计花生收获机归集装置。采用EDEM-RecurDyn耦合仿真方法,以主动辊转速、升运链速度、喂入量为试验因素,设计3因素3水平正交试验,经响应面分析获得最优参数。结果表明,最优参数为主动辊转速125.359 r/min、升运链速度618.673 mm/s、喂入量4.244 kg/s,对应归集率95.85%。基于仿真最优参数进行田间试验,验证该参数下归集率均值达95.62%,符合农艺要求,为花生收获机归集装置优化提供依据。

     

    Abstract: To address issue of poor peanut plant gathering effect when lifting and conveying chain operates independently, a collection device for peanut harvesters was designed.Using EDEM-RecurDyn coupled simulation method, with active roller speed, lifting chain speed, and feeding quantity as test factors, a three-factor and three-level orthogonal experiment was designed.Optimal parameters were obtained through response surface analysis.Results have showed that optimal parameters were: active roller speed of 125.359 r/min, lifting chain speed of 618.673 mm/s, and feeding quantity of 4.244 kg/s, corresponding to a collection rate of 95.85%.Based on optimal parameters obtained from simulation, field tests were conducted to verify average collection rate, which reached 95.62% under these parameters, meeting agronomic requirements and providing a basis for optimizing peanut harvester collection device.
