Research status and development prospects of automatic fruit picking manipulator

  • 摘要: 为促进水果自动采摘装备的发展,首先,简要介绍国内外水果自动采摘装备发展概况,重点分析水果自动采摘机械手涉及的关键技术,如自由度提高技术、柔性抓取技术和智能控制技术;其次,探讨水果自动采摘机械手技术进步面临的诸多技术挑战,如技术复杂性挑战、水果种植与管理差异化挑战、水果种类多样化挑战;最后,展望水果自动采摘机械手的未来发展方向,包括采摘机械手定制化、应用可靠化、低成本化和设计仿生化。

     

    Abstract: To promote automatic fruit picking equipment development, an overview of domestic and international progress in automatic fruit picking equipment was briefly introduced.Key technologies for automatic fruit picking manipulator were analyzed, including free degree improvement technology, flexible gripping technology, and intelligent control technology.Many technical challenges faced by automatic fruit picking manipulators' were discussed, such as technological complexity challenges, fruit management structural variations, and fruit variety diversification.Finally, future development directions for automatic fruit picking manipulators were prospected, including customized manipulators, enhanced application reliability, low cost reduction, and biomimetic design.
