金针菇菇房环境智能调控系统研发

Research and development of an intelligent environmental control system for mushroom room of Flammulina velutipes

  • 摘要: 金针菇是低温型、好气厌光性菌类,作为一种高营养价值的食用菌,在我国具有广泛的市场需求和消费基础。基于金针菇生长特性,构建风机运行下的菇房环境CFD模型,分析速度场与温度场,揭示通风对气流分布和热场演化的影响。在此基础上,开发菇房环境智能调控系统,包括软件与硬件子系统。软件系统涵盖环境监控、移动监控和中央控制模块,配备人机交互界面;硬件系统由传感器、执行机构和通信网关组成,实现温度、湿度、CO2等参数的精准调控。系统测试表明,闭环控制响应时间约320 ms,环境参数稳定,调控精度高,为金针菇高效生长提供技术支持。

     

    Abstract: Flammulina velutipes is a low-temperature edible fungus, an aerobic and photophobic species.As a highly nutritious edible fungus, it has a broad market demand and consumption base in China.Based on Flammulina velutipes growth characteristics, a CFD model of mushroom room environment under fan operation was developed.Velocity and temperature fields were analyzed to reveal impact of ventilation on airflow distribution and thermal field evolution.An intelligent environmental control system for mushroom room was developed based on this model, comprising software and hardware subsystems.Software subsystem included environmental monitoring, mobile monitoring, and central control modules, equipped with human-computer interaction interfaces.Hardware subsystem comprised sensors, actuators, and communication gateways to achieve precise regulation of temperature, humidity, and CO2.System tests showed a closed-loop response time of approximately 320 ms, stable environmental parameters, and high control accuracy, providing technical support for efficient Flammulina velutipes growth.
