Digital twin technology empowering plant factories: evolution and system construction

  • 摘要: 面对全球人口增长、气候变化和耕地资源减少带来的挑战,植物工厂作为一种高效、环保的农业生产模式备受关注。数字孪生技术作为工业4.0的核心,通过虚拟映射物理系统并结合实时数据与仿真模型,实现动态监测、预测与优化。探讨数字孪生技术在植物工厂中的应用及其发展历程,提出涵盖物理层、数据层、模型层、应用层和交互层的数字孪生植物工厂系统框架,旨在解决现有挑战并推动农业工程领域数字孪生技术的可持续发展。

     

    Abstract: In response to challenges posed by global population growth, climate change, and diminishing arable land resources, plant factories have gained significant attention as an efficient and environmentally friendly agricultural production model.As a core technology of Industry 4.0, digital twin technology enables dynamic monitoring, prediction, and optimization by virtually mapping physical systems and integrating real-time data with simulation models.Application and developmental trajectory of digital twin technology in plant factories were explored.A comprehensive system framework for digital twin plant factories system framework encompassing physical layer, data layer, model layer, application layer, and interaction layer was proposed.To address existing challenges and promote sustainable development of digital twin technology within agricultural engineering field.
