Abstract:
By establishing a comprehensive risk census indicator system for rice meteorological disasters, relationship between rice growth stages in Changshun County, Guizhou Province was investigated, along with local meteorological conditions and risk census outcomes.A meteorological disaster risk assessment model for rice was developed. Results indicated that Changshun County faced high disaster risks from rainstorms, droughts, low-temperature events, and hail.To provide targeted, timely, and refined meteorological services for regions with high and elevated rice meteorological disaster risk levels, thereby effectively mitigating and reducing disaster impacts in vulnerable areas. In order to ensure of rice cultivation and production safety in Changshun County, and promote high-quality, high-yield rice production.
