Design and testing of double-shovel type sweet potato two-ridge harvester

  • 摘要: 针对山东省甘薯两垄收获作业中伤薯率高、薯土筛分效果不理想等问题,设计一种双铲式甘薯两垄收获机,可实现对甘薯的挖掘、输送、分离和集中铺放的功能。阐述整机结构及工作原理,设计双铲式挖掘装置、夹持式输送分离装置等关键部件。田间试验结果表明,输送分离装置速度1.2 m/s,抖动器振动频率360次/min,甘薯收获质量指标效果最优,该研究可为甘薯两垄机械化收获提供参考。

     

    Abstract: Aiming to address problems of high injury rates and unsatisfactory potato-soil screening during sweet potato two-ridge harvesting operation in Shandong Province, a double-shovel type sweet potato two-ridge harvester was designed, which could realize functions of digging, conveying, separating and centralized spreading of sweet potato.Overall structure and working principle were described, with key components such as double-shovel digging device and clamping-type conveying and separating device were designed.Field test results showed that conveying and separating device speed was 1.2 m/s, shaker vibration frequency was 360 times/min, with the best sweet potato harvest quality indexes.A reference for mechanized harvesting of sweet potato in two-ridge planting was provided.
