水平冲孔式滚筒筛分机设计与试验

Design and testing of horizontal punching drum screening machine

  • 摘要: 针对传统滚筒筛分机中托辊易碎、筛网撕裂、辐条易损等问题,设计水平冲孔式滚筒筛分机,并校核“T”型承载托辊,可以保证其与无轴传动的滚筒始终接触;选用水平布置方形筛孔的冲孔筛网,内壁安装螺旋搅龙来实现物料的筛分与输送。对滚筒内物料运动过程进行动力学分析、对支撑轮进行力学校核,确定其运动参数并进行样机试制,以处理量40 t/h为指标进行筛分试验。结果表明,该机筛分效率90.29%,符合相关国家标准,结构可靠,设计合理。

     

    Abstract: In response to problems such as fragile rollers, torn mesh screens, and vulnerable spokes in traditional drum screening machine, a horizontal punching drum screening machine was designed, and a T-shaped load-bearing support roller was verified to ensure constant contact with shaftless drive roller.A horizontally arranged square mesh punching screen was selected, with an interenal installed to achieve material screening and transportation.Dynamic analysis was conducted on material movement process within drum, and mechanical verification was carried out on stabilizing wheels to determine their motion parameters and conduct prototype testing.A screening test was conducted with a processing capacity of 40 t/h as experimental indicator.Results showed that screening efficiency of machine was 90.29%, which met relevant national standards.Its structure was reliable and its design was reasonable.
