Abstract: In response to existing issues in teaching Advanced Agricultural Machinery course, application research of 5E teaching model and case teaching method were explored in such course．A course reform scheme based on 5E teaching model and case teaching method was proposed, with specific implementation steps designed．Practical results indicated that deep integration of 5E teaching model with case teaching method effectively enhanced students' learning interest and teaching effectiveness, promoted practical and innovative abilities of graduate students in agricultural engineering and information technology, and provided new ideas and methods for teaching reform of Advanced Agricultural Machinery courses．
