Abstract: Due to professional practice teaching particularly in agriculture-related higher vocational colleges, teaching organization and implementation are difficult and teaching effect is not satisfactory owing to effects and restrictions from many factors, such as crop growth and development cycle is long, growth process is irreversible, hidden nature diseases and insect pests are strong, experimental animals cost is high, and repeated utilization is low．Through "dual" reconstruction course content by college and enterprise, joint development of virtual imitation training curriculum resources, innovation and practice focus on integration of "theory and practice, virtual and practical, online and offline", exploring a "virtual-real integration" virtual simulation training teaching mode．In promoting agricultural-related professional teaching, service industry, and regional economic development, a characteristic "Yangzhi mode" was formed．
