Abstract: Through field visits to 11 large and medium-sized biogas projects, operation status, benefit analysis, three biogas projects（biogas, slurry, sludge）development and production, and biogas project market application in Linyi City, Shandong Province were investigated．Construction scale, regional distribution, technological applications, and operation models of biogas project in Linyi City were systematically reviewed．Their role in rural energy transformation and agricultural waste resource utilization was clarified．Core problems faced in biogas projects promotion, such as technical bottlenecks, funding shortages, management deficiencies, and low farmer participation, were analyzed．Countermeasures and suggestions were proposed, such as moderately large-scaled operations, encouraging and supporting green breeding circulation, integrating of high-standard farmland construction, strengthening policy support, enhancing financial empowerment, and improving socialized service system．
