Abstract:
To further play driving role of scientific and technological innovation, strengthen Beijing's core function as national science and technology innovation center, enhance agricultural science and technology innovation, entrepreneurship, and achievements transformation capability, promote Beijing's rural revitalization strategy, and deepen agricultural supply side structural reforms, guided by high-end, high-efficiency, and high radiation principles, three key nodes were chosen across production and supply, consumption, and service ends of "Three Rural".For Beijing's municipal-level star creation world and low-income villages, a chain agricultural assistance model has been established where science and technology promoted production and design drove consumption.Big data, cloud services, virtual reality, and context awareness technologies were integrated to establish a smart agricultural service system.It has realized equipment-platform-personnel connectivity at production end, visual-tactile-taste interaction at consumer end, and merchants-products-users communication at service end.To crossly promote agricultural products premium value, agricultural brands popularity, and agricultural enterprises development process.Industrial chain would be extended, and a group of highly sophisticated agricultural technology innovators would be trained to assist in rural revitalization.A reference framework for establishing effective, long-term mechanism to assist precision agriculture through science and technology was provided.
