Abstract:
Cutting table profiling mechanism in leafy vegetable harvesters is a core component that addresses issues such as uneven cutting heights and soil shovel-missing during harvesting caused by uneven terrain, and it directly determines quality and efficiency of leafy vegetable harvesting.A systematic review of research status on cutting table profiling mechanisms for leafy vegetable harvesters both domestically and internationally was presented.Analysis was conducted based on three core technologies: profiling detection technology, control strategy, and execution adjustment technology, comparing advantages and applicable scenarios of different technical approaches.Combining with agronomic characteristics of leafy vegetable cultivation in China, existing problems with profiling mechanisms in terms of universality, anti-interference ability, and agronomic adaptability were summarized. Finally, future development directions toward intelligence, integration, and low damage harvesting were explored, providing a reference for optimization and upgrading of profiling technology in leafy vegetable harvesters.
