融合多源环境数据与最大熵模型的昭平茶种植适宜性评价与空间优化

Suitability evaluation and spatial optimization of Zhaoping tea cultivation integrated multi-source environmental data and maximum entropy model

  • 摘要: 昭平茶是广西壮族自治区昭平县的知名土特农产品之一。为科学指导昭平茶的生产和产业布局优化,集成最新的高精度土壤调查数据、气候与地形等多源环境信息,综合运用最大熵模型(MaxEnt)、熵权法和专家经验法,构建土壤理化指标(有机质、速效钾、pH值、阳离子交换量、有效磷、全氮)、地形指标(坡度、海拔)、气候条件(相对湿度、日照时数、无霜期、气温日较差、≥10 °C积温、1990—2023年气温平均值、1990—2023年地表太阳辐射年平均值)共15项评价指标的昭平茶种植适宜性评价模型。结果表明,昭平县昭平茶优势区、适宜区和不适宜区的面积占比分别为14.83%、29.32%和55.85%,昭平茶主要受成土母质与热量条件制约,种植适宜性呈现西优东限、沿江集聚的显著特征。基于此,提出优势区品牌化、适宜区提质化、不适宜区转型化的分区优化策略,为昭平茶产业的精准布局与高质量发展提供科学依据。

     

    Abstract: Zhaoping tea is a well-known local agricultural product in Zhaoping County, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region.To provide scientific guidance for production and industrial layout optimization of local Zhaoping tea, multi-source environmental information including the latest high-precision soil survey data, climate, and topography were integrated.A comprehensive suitability evaluation model was conducted by integrating the Maximum Entropy(MaxEnt)model, entropy weight method, and expert knowledge to construct a set of soil physicochemical indicators(organic matter, available potassium, pH, cation exchange capacity, available phosphorus, total nitrogen), topographic indicators(slope, elevation), and climatic conditions(relative humidity, sunshine duration, frost-free period, daily temperature range, accumulated temperature≥10°C, average temperature from 1990 to 2023, and annual average surface solar radiation from 1990 to 2023), totaling 15 evaluation indicators.Results have indicated that area proportions of advantageous, suitable, and unsuitable areas for Zhaoping tea in Zhaoping County planting were 14.83%, 29.32%, and 55.85%, respectively.Zhaoping tea cultivation is primarily limited by soil parent material and thermal conditions, showing a distinct spatial pattern characterized by superior conditions in west, limited suitability in east, and a clustering along riverbanks.Based on these findings, a zonal optimization strategy was proposed involving brand development in optimal areas, quality improvement in suitable areas, and industrial transition in unsuitable areas.This strategy provides a scientific basis for precise cultivation and high-quality development of Zhaoping tea industry.
