Structural design of 2CM-2 high-speed potato planter

  • 摘要: 为解决我国马铃薯播种机存在的作业速度低、种薯损伤率高等问题,设计一种适用于高速作业环境的2行马铃薯播种机。整机挂接方式采用三点悬挂,动力来源于地轮驱动的链传动系统,该系统可确保排种、排肥动作和机器前进速度同步。关键工作部件包括铧式开沟装置、勺链式排种装置、搅龙式施肥装置和圆盘覆土装置等。样机达到了结构紧凑、功能协同、调整便捷及适应高速(6~8 km/h)播种作业等设计要求,满足马铃薯高产栽培作业中高速、精准、低损的农艺要求,对提升我国马铃薯种植机械化水平具有积极意义。

     

    Abstract: To address issues of low operational speed and high seed potato damage rate in China's potato planter, a two-row potato planter suitable for high-speed operation has been designed.A three-point hitch mounting system was adopted for entire machine, with power sourced from a chain transmission system driven by ground wheels.This system has ensured synchronization between seed-metering and fertilizer discharge actions and machine's forward speed.Key working components have included a ploughshare-type furrow opener, a spoon chain seed-metering device, an auger-type fertilizer device, and a disc-type soil-covering device.Prototype has met design requirements such as compact structure, functional coordination, and convenient adjustment, and suitability for high-speed(6~8 km/h)sowing operations.It has fulfilled agronomic demands of high-speed, precision, and low damage in high-yield potato cultivation, and contributed positive significance for enhancing mechanization level of potato cultivation in China.
